MEET THE FOUNDER

Dr. Emelda Ntinglet, a mother, blogger, success coach, mentor, philanthropist, an educator, entrepreneur, and a renowned motivational speaker who migrated to the United States in the mid 1980’s in quest for greener pastures has always had a yearning to bring the world’s children under one platform to network, socialize and be informed of their heritages. With this intrinsic passion, Dr. Ntinglet founded the First Generation Cameroonian Americans in 2020 to expatiate on her vision. She pride’s herself as the “mother of all children”, underscoring the adage that our children are a blessing and gift from the Lord (Psalms 123:3). She echoes the fact that these children shall become the world leaders of tomorrow and must be nurtured with unflinching love and positivity.
Dr. Ntinglet who hails from Cameroon is a renowned leader within the Cameroonian and Sierraleonian communities in the United States with a focus on galvanizing community support and fundraisers towards the development of their immediate communities and supporting the underprivileged ones back in their native countries. She is involved in charitable engagements, donating freely to orphanages in Cameroon, Kenya and Sieraleon. Dr. Ntinglet is the founder of The Stacy N. Angu Lupus Foundation and KIDDS Outreach (Kids in Distress & Danger Services Outreach).
Dr. Emelda Ntinglet is an Information Technology specialist with decades of experience in the IT arena focusing on data sciences, databases, computer programming and information security. With an innate passion in disseminating acquired concepts towards fostering growth and grooming change agents of the world of tomorrow, Dr. Ntinglet has spent majority of her professional career in academia as an academic dean and an IT subject matter expert – teaching such content in institutions of higher learning in the United States and abroad.
Dr. Ntinglet holds a doctorate degree in higher education leadership, a master’s of science degree in information system and a bachelor’s degree in computer information and system sciences. Over the years in her academic and professional journey, Dr. Ntinglet has earned and holds innumerable certifications in the IT spectrum. She professes that “Your Education and Knowledge are Fundamental Attributes of the Future and a Shield to all Life Challenges” (Ntinglet, 2013).
